Bryan Habana

Rugby Player

Bryan is a Springbok and Bulls rugby player.

A measure of his talent is that after his debut season with the Bulls last year, the Johannesburg born wing was handed the South African Rugby Player of the Year, South African Super 12 Player of the Year and Try of the Year awards. Habana attended King Edward VII School in Johannesburg and represented the Lions at under-16, under-19 and under-20 level. He also played in the South African Sevens side and the South African under-21 side before making his debut for the Springboks at Twickenham in November 2004, where he scored a try.

Known for his incredible speed, Habana was recruited by the Bulls in 2005 and has continued to impress as an excellent reader of the game. His ability to be in the right place at the right time has seen him developing into one of the country’s most exciting talents.
